FOOD SAFETY ALERT: ROMAINE UPDATE
A food safety alert has been issued for romaine lettuce coming from Yuma, Arizona, after it was linked to incidents of E. coli contamination. Boston College Dining Services receives its romaine through Costa Fruit and Produce, which sources romaine from Salinas, California, NOT the affected region in Yuma, Arizona.
