The Office of Residential Life strives to create a safe and welcoming environment for all students by engaging our residents on topics related to diversity and inclusion, faith and spirituality, responsible social activities, and academics. We invite you to learn more about the residential living experience at Boston College through our website.
Students and parents can learn about fall 2018 move-in by clicking here. First-year students should also review our Packing Guide and Frequently Asked Questions page for more specific information about housing at Boston College.
Returning students interested in volunteering with our Welcome Wagon program can find more information on our Welcome Wagon page.
Students officially requesting an additional semester or year of housing outside their original guarantee will need to fill out an appeal form on the Agora Portal. Appeals are designed to accommodate students with documented medical or financial hardships that would make living off-campus exceedingly difficult. For more information, click here.
Current and perspective off-campus students can search and post housing and roommate profile listing on our apartment and roommate finder database. This service is free for students, faculty, and staff with active BC usernames.
The Office of Residential Life employs undergraduate and graduate students in a variety of positions during the academic year and summer. Perspective student employees can visit our jobs page for the most recent postings. Perspective professional staff members should visit our Human Resources page for job postings.
