The Boston College Career Center offers resources to help you when you are at any one of the following stages:

  1. Thinking about law school
  2. Considering courses and activities
  3. Researching law schools
  4. Preparing for the LSAT
  5. Working through the application process

As you think about your options, we encourage you to read the BC pre-law guidebook, view our online workshop, Applying to Law School, and to review our Application Process resources for detailed information.

Connect with a Career Coach:

We invite you to schedule an appointment with a career coach to discuss your goals and review your application materials, including your personal statement.

For quick questions about law school, stop by during our pre-law drop-in hours on Fridays from 1:00–3:00 p.m. in the Career Center. Drop-ins are one-on-one 15-minute sessions with the pre-law advisor in the Career Center. They are first come, first serve and are appropriate for quick questions about applying to law school.
