What Makes Us Unique?
BC Dining is a self-operated campus service. This means food is produced in-house.
Dining is à la carte. Eat what you want, where you want, and when you want.
Students are given 32 academic weeks to use their mandatory dining dollars. Unlike other universities, students do not forfeit unused meals at the end of the week.
Diverse dining locations provide almost 24 hours of on-campus dining options. This includes mini-marts, a specialty coffee shop with homemade chocolate treats, and a seasonal farmer's market featuring local purveyors of fresh produce.
We provide an extensive selection of foods, including our Plain & Simple options which are free from the eight major allergens.
We have a near 100% participation rate in our dining program.
Our dining staff comes from around the world with 33 nations represented and 14 languages spoken.
All our employees receive the same opportunities and benefits as our faculty.
