Excel Curriculum facilitators
The Excel Coaches are a group of ten undergraduate students who are interested in leadership and making a contribution to leadership at Boston College. Excel Coaches will be facilitating select workshops as part of the mandatory Excecl Curriculum, as well as working with student organizations as Leadership coach. Find out which Excel Coach is assigned to your student organization under the Leadership Coaches tab.
The EXCEL Coaches will be facilitating the following EXCEL Curriculum events:
- Member Motivation and Retention (1 credit)- Offered in October
- Collaboration (1 credit)- Offered in November
- Leadership Styles (1 credit)- Offered in February
- Communication and Conflict Resolution (1 credit)- Offered in March

Excel Coach consultations are a personalized way for student organizations to gain help in a variety of areas. Coaches can work with an organization to create a personalized session to best serve the specific needs of the student organization.
Sample consultation topics:
- Leadership styles
- Team building
- Having difficulut coversations
- Running effect meetings
- Effect goal setting

Each student organization has been assigned an EXCEL Coach as their Leadership Coach. The EXCEL Coaches are available to answer questions about the following:
